This Notion page outlines a simple career path for the Dune Community Team.
It’s a guide designed to help you discover what impact you can create at your current level, and what your impact could look like at the next level. For now it focuses on the IC track 1-4.
The community team encompasses a diverse variety of responsibilities and skills. To keep it simple, we’ve split out two separate tracks: wizard relations and content management. Most of the framework is shared but there is a final pillar specific to each.
